We ship pan India. Please use the Pin code checker to check if your pin code is serviceable.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are dispatched within the next working day of placing your order. Most orders are delivered within 3 – 5 days from the date of dispatch. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the shipping address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. Orders in Bangalore will be delivered within 48 hours.
What if the product is received in damaged condition?
If you think, you have received the product in a damaged condition, please call our customer care at 9353598787 or email us at returns@notfoods.in mentioning your Order ID.

How is my order shipped?
Your order will be handpicked from our warehouse. Cold Storage items in some cases will be delivered within 1 hour and 30 mins of picking the order through Hyperlocal delivery vendors. Please note, however, that frozen items may begin to thaw during transit.
