How to Consume
Marination Process
Step 1 – Open the packet and separate the pieces by hand.
Step 2 – Mix Vegicken pieces, gravy mix & 300ml of water in a bowl and mix well.
Cook in 4 easy Steps
Step 1 – Heat 3 table spoon oil in a pan. Saute whole spices in oil for 30 seconds
Step 2 – Add the marinated content and cook on high flame for 2 mins
Step 3 – Reduce the flame and cover the pan with a lid. Let it cook for 8 minutes.
Step 4 – The hot and spicy curry is ready. Enjoy with Roti/Paratha.

Very very similar tasting to chicken. But, I strongly recommend portioning out the masala and spices before you add all of them to it. In my opinion, 40% of the given masala should do it but of course it changes from person to person.
