How to Consume
STEP 1 Boil Eggless Bhurji Granules in water for 6 minutes. Wash them in running water carefully and squeeze out the excess water. Add 40-45 mi(3 tbsp) oil in a non stick pan. Add 75g finely chopped onion and 2-3 finely chopped green chillies into the oil and saute for 2 min. Add 75g finely chopped tomatoes, Eggless Bhurji Seasoning and 20 ml of water. Cook for 2 mins.
STEP 2 Add the hydrated Eggless Bhurji Granules into the pan and stir with a spatula till the Bhurji is evenly mixed. Cook for 3-4 minutes on a low flame.
STEP 3 Turn off the flame and sprinkle the Eggless Bhurji Sprinkler over the cooked Bhurji and mix well before serving
STEP 4 The delicious GoodDot Eggless Bhurji is ready. Serve hot and enjoy!
